How much data does Snap use? What internet speeds are recommended?

It depends on a couple of factors. Most importantly, Snap can stream in either SD or HD quality. Standard (SD) quality can use up to 1mbps of upload bandwidth while HD quality can use up to 2mbps. Upload consumption can also depend on how your Wi-Fi network is configured.

Is my Snap video/audio encrypted?

Yes, all Snap audio and video is protected with 128-bit AES encryption.

Can I record video locally with Snap?

At this time, it's not possible to record video locally from Snap bulbs.
